Welcome to travel.munawer.pk. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between you (the client) and us (travel.munawer.pk).

Bookings & Payments

Ticket Policy: All tickets booked through travel.munawer.pk are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your booking.
Deposits: All upfront deposits are non-refundable. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment Confirmation: It’s the client’s responsibility to confirm all payments with us. Delays in payment confirmation can affect your booking status.
Note:All fares advertised are subject to availability and start from the prices we have mentioned. Fares are only guaranteed untill ticketed.Offers may be withdrawn without any prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Airline Policies: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the airline’s policies and may include administrative charges. Refunds are processed within 7-8 business weeks after receiving funds from the airline.
Amendments: Any changes to bookings are subject to fare differences and seat availability at the time of the request.

Ticketing & Travel Documents

E-Tickets: We issue e-tickets only; no paper tickets will be provided.
Ticket Issuance: Tickets are typically issued within 48-72 hours after full payment. For urgent travel (within 24 hours), tickets are issued within 12-24 hours.
Reconfirmation: Clients should reconfirm their bookings with the airline or travel agency 72 hours before departure.
Check-In Times: Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
Travel Documents: Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) are valid and in order. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

International Travel & Visas

Entry Requirements: It’s the traveler’s responsibility to meet all entry requirements of the destination country. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Travel Insurance

Coverage: Travel insurance is not included in our packages and must be purchased separately. We recommend obtaining insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Claims: Any claims under the insurance policy are subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions. travel.munawer.pk is not responsible for insurance claims.

Payment Methods & Charges

Credit Card Surcharge: A 2% surcharge applies to business-to-business transactions made via credit card. This surcharge is non-refundable.
Verification: We may request copies of passports or payment cards to verify transactions and prevent unauthorized payments.

Communication & Acceptance

Email Correspondence: By not responding to our emails within 24 hours, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions related to your booking.

Umrah Visa Regulations

Repeat Umrah Fees: As per Saudi Ministry guidelines, travelers who performed Umrah in 1438H may be subject to an additional SAR 2000 visa fee.
Application Accuracy: We process applications based on the information provided by clients. travel.munawer.pk is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information submitted by clients.

Quote Validity

A quotation is only valid upon receipt of a deposit or full payment unless otherwise specified.

Accommodation Adjustments

While all efforts will be made to meet your accommodation preferences, an alternate hotel with similar room type may be offered based on availability, and any rate difference will be charged accordingly.

Child Policy

Up to 2 children under 6 years may stay free in the same room as parents; however, breakfast charges must be paid directly to the hotel.

Hotel Responsibility

If a hotel changes after confirmation due to supplier decisions, travel.munawer.pk is not liable. Complaints related to hotel services must be addressed directly with the hotel management.

Date & Availability Constraints

We try our utmost to meet your preferred departure/arrival dates, but adjustments may be necessary due to availability issues.

Room, Rate & Airfare Variability

All rooms, rates, and airfares are subject to real-time availability and may change at the time of booking.

Liability on Rule Changes

We are not liable if any new rules or visa regulations are implemented by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs; passengers are responsible for compliance.

Visa Application Outcomes

If any of the following occur due to client-provided incorrect information, we are not liable:

Refusal or denial of visa
Visa issued with incorrect passenger details
Delays in visa processing
However, if the issue is due to our error, we may cover the cost of a replacement visa or provide a full refund, excluding indirect losses.

Additional Government Charges

Any new levies or taxes imposed by the Saudi Government will be applicable in addition to the quoted package price.

Health & Medical Fitness Requirement

Any new levies or taxes imposed by the Saudi GoveIt is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any health issues that may hinder travel or Umrah performance must be disclosed in advance. We are not responsible for any medical emergencies or expenses incurred during the trip.rnment will be applicable in addition to the quoted package price.

Mandatory Vaccinations

All travelers must comply with the mandatory vaccination requirements by the Saudi government, such as Meningitis (ACWY). Failure to comply may result in denied entry.

Currency & Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency fluctuations, bank transfer charges, or payment gateway fees are not the responsibility of travel.munawer.pk.

Baggage & Airline Liability

Baggage allowances are governed by the respective airlines. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.

Travel Insurance Advisory

We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy (medical, trip cancellation, and loss/delay coverage). This is not included in your package unless specified.

Behaviour & Conduct

Any misconduct during travel that violates any local laws or religious norms (especially in Saudi Arabia) is the sole responsibility of the traveler. travel.munawer.pk will not intervene in any legal issues that may arise.

Use of Customer Data

We strictly follow Pakistan’s data privacy laws. Your personal data will only be used to process bookings and will never be sold or misused.

Force Majeure

travel.munawer.pk shall not be held responsible for any disruption, delay, or cancellation of services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline strikes, or government-imposed travel bans.

Authority to Act on Behalf of Group

When booking on behalf of a group or family, the lead passenger is deemed to have the authority to accept the terms & conditions on behalf of all travelers.

Women & Mahram Policy

Saudi Arabia now permits women to travel for Umrah without a Mahram.
